Oxford Estates is a collection of luxury homes in Richmond Hill, brought to life by Sunny Communities. With strong demand and homes selling fast, this development needed compelling visuals to match the level of quality and craftsmanship being offered.

Our role at Maduxx Inc. was to create the marketing visuals, from exterior renderings and interior visualizations to a fully composited drone shot and a walk-through animation. Working alongside Impact North Inc, we helped shape the presentation of this community through carefully crafted digital storytelling.

Tight Deadlines and a Fast-Paced Process

Real estate marketing moves quickly. The challenge here was balancing speed with precision, ensuring that every rendering met the highest standard despite an aggressive timeline.

Aerial Integration, Before and After

For the aerial marketing image, we combined a real drone photograph with 3D-modeled homes, seamlessly blending the two for a hyper-realistic final result.

• Post-production refinements brought everything together into a single, cohesive image

This approach provided a level of realism that a fully CGI rendering wouldn’t have achieved.
