Client: Greenpark Group

Year: 2024

Maduxx Inc. was engaged to deliver a comprehensive suite of 3D visualizations and interactive applications for Rise & Rose, a high-rise condo in Richmond Hill, Ont. This ambitious project required high-definition 3D renderings of all interior and exterior amenities, detailed suite interior visualizations, and multiple immersive animations to enhance marketing efforts.

Maduxx produced cinematic 3D renderings showcasing a range of amenities, including lobby areas, fitness centres, dining lounges, and outdoor terraces. This included day-time shots across the entrance to dusk views of the two towers. Interior suite renderings included detailed visualizations of various layouts, such as one-bedroom plus den and two-bedroom configurations, each fully furnished. We also created immersive walk-throughs of model suites, e-cast animations for web previews, and 180-degree panoramic videos for showcasing amenities and suite interiors.

Maduxx also developed a fully interactive touchscreen application for the sales centre, powered by Unity 3D. This application allowed potential buyers to explore the building via an interactive 360-degree model with features for filtering and highlighting specific unit types. The app included features such as panoramic views, galleries of renderings and animations, interactive floor plans, area amenities maps, and a builder story page. An innovative unit filtering tool was integrated to allow users to see specific units highlighted on the 3D model.

The sales centre experience included the design, setup, and installation of an immersive room with multi-projector content. This setup provided a floor-to-ceiling display of the project’s visuals. A unique interactive projection floor featured roses that responded to user movements, allowing visitors to “kick” or interact with the projected flowers. We also implemented a holographic projection system, which included 3D holographic fans displaying the project's branding and architectural highlight.

The project involved complex hardware components, including multiple high-lumen projectors, ceiling mounts, motion capture devices, and a sound system. Our team managed the full installation, configuration, and programming of these systems to ensure a seamless integration of all immersive and interactive sales centre elements. We provided ongoing support for regular updates to the interactive application, ensuring the client could easily update layouts, graphics, and amenity features as needed for each phase of the project.
