Ocean Six Terraces

Ocean Six Terraces is a luxury townhome development in Florida which we brought to life through a comprehensive suite of high-end visualizations. This ambitious project required the creation of a four-minute cinematic video, high-resolution interior renderings, and an interactive touchscreen application all within a tight four-week timeline. With minimal direction on interior design, our team leveraged creative freedom to deliver a refined, modern aesthetic that matched the project’s luxury appeal.

To capture the elegance and appeal of Ocean Six Terraces, we used Lumion for cinematic shots that showcased each townhome’s high-end finishes, inviting spaces, and sophisticated ambiance. The interactive touchscreen application, developed in Unity 3D, provided a fully immersive experience where potential buyers could explore a 3D model of the project, browse a gallery of interior and amenity visuals, learn about the builder’s story, and explore various features in a user-friendly format.

We also created a drone video that integrated real aerial footage with rendered elements, blending the project with its coastal environment seamlessly. This visual, along with the interactive application and video, received significant praise from both the builder and sales teams in the U.S., noting the heightened buyer engagement and interest.
